To ensure your system is operating properly you should test your system on a regular basis:
- Call our Customer Service Centre at 604-594-0022. Make sure you know your system number and password (or passcode) so that we can verify your identity. A Customer Service Representative will set your system to test mode so that our Monitoring Station does not think your test is an actual alarm.

- After you have spoken to a Customer Service Representative, hang up the phone and arm your system to AWAY mode.
- Open up every door and every window that has a sensor and set off all motion detectors.
- If you have one, press the test button on your ALARMTRON monitored smoke alarm.
- If you have them, press Police, Fire and Medical buttons on your keypad (Note: if you have a remote control, make sure you use this to set off panic/police alarms).
- Close all windows and doors; then disarm your system.
- Call back into customer service to check if each zone was activated by the test. You will receive a full diagnostic of your sensors from one of our representatives.
